Every team gets a 3-minute pitch with a hard stop at 3 minutes, then 1 minute for questions. A good pitch shows the problem, the working demo, and why it matters for Arbio. The whole room then scores each team 1 to 5 on Originality, Pitch, Technical Difficulty and Business Impact.
